Is there any place to get a poundage range conversion for deflection measurements?

It's in York Co. close to Mason-Dixon line. I have family in Union Co along Penn's Creek in Millmont near the boy scout camp....been going there since I was a toddler. I used to hunt there alot now I just go up for fishing...and to visit family
