was wondering if there was any advantages to a 62" bow vs a 60" bow or if there is no difference and is just personal choice

If you have an average draw length, say around 28 inches, it won't make much difference. If your draw length is shorter, the 60-incher might work better for you, and likewise, the 62-incher if your draw length is longer.
