Do you hunt on a lease or public land?

I hunt on private land. We have some nice bucks if you can find them....thicker than hair on a dog's back. They can walk within 25 yds of you and never know it. Tons of acorns this year, so they don't have to move to eat....makes it double tough.

I'm down here in Kingwood, just across the river from Humble. I hunt public land here in Texas, and try to hunt the family farm in Kansas every now and then.

I think some kind of pineywoods get together is in order....perhaps chasing some hogs or squirrels would be a good idea.

just northwest of you in Nacogdoches, Texas., I hunt on private land up by Alto, and public land.  I have hunted at Alazan, how about getting a pig hunt together at Alazan after the turn of the year and we can put your tent to use.  Interested?
