Genesis 27:3 Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison.

Very Cool!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations My Friend!!!!!

I have a 1967 Grizzly,47# that I have decided to make my "hunting bow" for this year.....The old girl may be 40,but she's still as "sweet" as ever!!!!!
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

There is a fine line between Hunting, & Sitting there looking Stupid...

May The Great Spirit Guide Your Arrows..... Happy Hunting!!!

I got a chance to break out the camera this evening, and thought I'd contribute to this thread by posting some of my Bears.

First is my fathers bow that he passed down to me, a 70's model Kodiak Magnum, 45@28.

Second is my early 80's Custom Kodiak Takedown, B handle, 60", 70@28.  This thing will launch and arrow with authority and really likes a high brace height.(over 9 inches)

And lastly, is my favorite bow to shoot.  I probibly break this thing out more than any other.  Its a '56 Kodiak Special, 68" 48@28.  I haven't changed a thing on this bow other than build it a new string.  Its got the original grip, possibly original strike plate and rug.  Accurate, super quiet, and smoooooooooth to draw.  I paid about $70 shipped on the auction site for this one and I don't think I will ever sell it.

And the bow tree, showing the trio.

Thanks for letting me share.
