So what kind of bows is everybody bringing?  I will have:

1 Morrison - Shawnee Longbow 62" 55#@28"
1 Schafer Silvertip - Recurve 58" 57#@28"

These should all be there for anybody that wants to try them.  List what bows your bringing.

We're supposed to get some snow tomorrow! Yeah! 8-12"  :D

As for bows, I'll be using my bunny huntin special a river raisin recurve. I might bring the Firefly with the carbon limbs so people can check those out.

Just a reminder, it's $6 to get into the park for the day unless you have a new State Park sticker. If you don't pay at the entrance booth, they'll ticket you for the $6 to be paid at the ranger station.

Also try to find your arrows the best you can, I usually do a couple trips after the stomp to look for lost arrows...let's leave the park as clean as we can!

Everyone try and bring a dish to pass..i'll have drinks, foam plates, bowls, napkins etc...

this is buffet style...we will have a food table and everyone can help themselves....

If anyone has an extra burner or grill bring one along...i will have 1 turkey cooker burner there...also, i will have wood for the fire ..

do not worry about being cold..the fireplace provides plenty of heat!

What is everybody bringing for food?

Are we going to hit the same area as the last couple years?  I know we talked about moving to another location inside of sleepy hollow I was just curious if there were other pavillions setup similar to the one we have used in the past.

Tim, we're going to stay at the same pavillion the others don't have fireplaces and are in real open areas...yeah never know with the wind.

I know I'm going to encourage everyone to check out some other areas of the park for hunting. I got a couple spots lined up!

Hmm, better kick some food ideas around I haven't planned anything yet.
