Mark,
The sizing is still off considerably, for at least some of their gear, relative to what you will be used for outdoor clothing from other manufacturers. For example, I'm just a tad smaller than you (6'0", 210, 38" waste jeans), and usually wear shirts/jackets that are large, sometimes XL. I recently purchased the Sitka Kelvin and Celsius jackets in 2XL (and there is not a lot of extra room, either). I knew to order the 2XL because a local Cabelas FINALLY had a few (literally) samples of Sitka gear on display. I couldn't even begin to get into the large, and the XL was very snug, and the 2XL just right. I've had similar issues with pants, mostly in length - way too long, or way too short (I have a 32" inseam, which is average for most hunting pants). So my advice is to try a pair of what you want on first before you plop down some serious money, as you may be paying a good deal in return postage. For the most part, great stuff, though some of the colder weather gear is out of my price range.
