Welcome, I'm in Winfield/Lewisburg. Pa. has a strong traditional archery following and a couple of the best shoots around. STAR at SkiSawmill in June and ETAR at Denton Hill in July. Don't miss them, especially ETAR. You can try out custom bows till your fingers bleed.
We are all here because we are not all there.

Welcome aboard.  I grew up in Columbia county near Catawissa.  There was a teacher in my high school named Gerhart that taught ecology and led a fire fighting crew.  He'd take seniors and I think some juniors and train them to fight forest fires then if there was a local fire, they'd get out of school to go help.  Used to go to California most summers to fight the brush fires out there too.  Any relation?  I think his first name was Richard or Dick.
Dave

I've come to believe that the keys to shooting well for me are good form, trusting the bow to do all the work, and having the confidence in the bow and myself to remain motionless and relaxed at release until the arrow hits the mark.
