Simmons Tiger Sharks

Anyone use Simmons Tiger Sharks glue on head?
Their web site doesn't have a pic.
Also, what is the weight of the Land Shark?
The web site doesn't give the weight.
If you have a pic of the Tiger Shark, could you post it?
If you use a Simmons head, what is your general opinion of them? Are they a strong head?

I use them they are 1 9/16" wide and longer than the Landshark. The vented ones weigh 130 grains the non-vented weigh 150 grains(I think). I glue them on an aluminum insert they end up right around 175 grains. The glue on Landsharks weigh 125 grains, the screw in ones weigh 160 grains and have a 1 9/16" cut.
I have harvested around 100 deer or more with them. They are great after you kill one just wash it off and resharpen. They make huge holes in animals.LCH

I like the Simmons heads. They're all I've shot (except 1 deer with a Snuffer) since 1990. Between myself and a buddy, we've killed 212 deer with Simmons Interceptors, Landsharks and Treesharks. They all work great, but I've grown pretty fond of the Treesharks 'cause I'm colorblind.

Is the new owner completely up and running yet?
I've been to the website and it looks like he only has a few models in stock.
I too am looking at tigersharks, treesharks, and maybe interceptors.
Are the interceptors and tigersharks the same widthness? Thanks. Didn't mean to hijack.

Talked with Dave a few weeks ago, and he said that in the next few weeks he should be getting a lot more up on the website. I bought the 150 grain landsharks.
Dave is a very nice person to talk to and the braodheads got here quickly.

Dang, Landshark 160 that's 11 deer apiece for the past 19 years. I guess the Landsharks are great. I don't see 11 deer a year in my part of the world. That is impressive.
Good hunt'in.

Should be able to get the heads soon. I spoke with Dave a few weeks back myself and he was shooting for having new heads ready by the later part of this December, maybe Christmas. I really miss my vented Interceptors. Dave has some real good stuff planned! He talked about improving the angle on the heads so they sharpen easier.

These dudes sure have my interest peaked.
RC, do you like the Simmons or Centaur better?
I haven't found many places that sell them. Only found a couple

Varmint, I love those Simmons heads but the single bevel Centaur is a very impressive head. I seam to be able to sharpen the Simmons easier than the single bevel. But thats no reflection on the broadhead just my lack of sharpening skills.RC

Fellas glad your intersted in the head. Everything should be up and running just after the first of the year. I've run into a little trouble getting parts done here in MT(during huntn season...imagine that). No body seems to want to work out here.
The reason that you can't pull up pics of some of the heads on the site is that they are currently out of stock. I have an over view of all the heads on the broadhead page ( both glueon and screwin). P.S. the 150 gr. Tigershark (SB35) is the 135 gr. Tigershark(SB34) without the vents.
I'm currently looking for dealers in different states. If ya'll will be patient with me just a bit longer we'll get this thing going.
I'll be at Kalamazoo with the whole shootn match.
Keep bustn big holes in em. God Bless, Dave Oligee (Simmons Broadheads)
