Well gang, this wasn't supposed to be a giveaway when I started, but here ya go.
I started on these shafts early last week.Half way through building them,I got the notion to measure them for some reason.30" with the nock...hmm...I need a 30" BOP arrow.
) for straightness before I worked on them.I believe I got them pretty close before sealing.I spun tested each one before moving to the next. The one you see pictured with the yellow snap nock was the worst of the bunch. Some of the gold accent ran on me during sealing.I also screwed up one cap "dip"(I spray paint them) and made it too short. All cosmetic blemishes...nothing structural.
Use them for kindling, stumping, bunny arrows, tomato stakes...whatever ya want.I don't claim to be a pro at doing this but I think they came out decent other than the paint boo boos. They will require some fine straightening when you recieve them.Hey..they're wood... nature of the beast.
Post if you want in on this and I'll pick a winner on sunday the 27th of Dec.
Note-rest assured you will recieve 13 arrow shafts.I have the other six on the rack getting the final coats of poly on them.
