I have killed several deer just using regular snow camo clothing. They look right thru you...most of my shots were under 10 yards on the ground. The only benefit I see to a blind might be as a wind barrier...but a snow blind, IMO, is not necessary.
Hey Bill, That's what got my interest. From my experiences to, it seems whitetails are very susceptable to snow camo.
I use my DB for turkeys, but I don't like to take time to brush it in for deer. Just thinking maybe we could get by in the snow without having to brush them in.
The blind would be warmer and I could take a fidgety youngster with and still have some success.

Thanks, I followed the IW thread. Looks like "Hardcore" killed one at 50 yards. Would be nice to hear some more experiences. 15 yards would be better for me.
