I use polypropylene glove liners and a glommit glove and you can wear your shooting glove under it and flip the top back and the poly helps keep the shooting fingers warm.

I use the mittens like Blind One as well.  I trim the finger holes back so that my tab slides back where it belongs.  If it gets really cold I'll stick a handwarmer chemical pack inside each mitten.  Also make sure to practice plenty ahead of time to get used to shooting with them on.

Johnson woolen mills.

I didn't see them listed on the site...infact the only place I know of to get them is an army navy store up to St.Johnsbury VT.That's where I bought both pairs.I'm sure if you email Johnson they would have more info.

Army surplus wool glove liners. Two pair when it's colder. I can shoot fine with them.

I have a pair of insulated rag wool mittens that flip open to the cut off finger inner glove.  The magnetic ones sound nice.  The only think I don't like about mine is the velcro to hold the mitten part back on the backside of my hand.

I can't shoot worth a darn with anything on my hands.

I wear one of those handwarmer muffs like you see quarterbacks with.  Drop a handwarmer in there and only put your paws out in the cold when you have to.

Insulated wool blend gloves with fingers cut off for my shooting glove. I keep hand warmers handy too. I usually slip a small one in my glove. If it's really cold, I use glomits.

When I'm hunting back home in northern WV, I have 2 approaches...if on stand, I prefer 1/2 finger wool gloves with a fleece hand warmer muff with a "hot hands" in it.  And if moving a bit, where I need to hold my bow, I like a full mitten, where my fingers can touch (my hands get super cold in regular gloves with no skin contact) for my bow hand.

Cabelas had the windproof muff on sale for $9.99 a few days ago when I ordered mine.  That and a wool glo-mitt on the bow hand and shooting hand if moving.

A brown cotton work glove with 3 fingers cut off for my shooting hand, a heavy cotton glove with rubber tabs for my bowhand and a muff to put them in around my waist.

My light mesh camo gloves and Pockets. Tight gloves squeeze the blood out of your fingers and hands making them colder.
