Well guys I got the Bear and shot it a little.I must say I am a die hard longbow guy and I like this bow.It is one smooth bow.This is a pic of three quick shots from 18 yards with no warm up.

This is a nice bow smooth and quit!I am glad I signed up for the chance to shoot it.

Pink always makes the shot after the first hit the same spot,It's the best aiming spot I know.Like girls pink arrows hang in tight groups.

I am awaiting Charlie Schweikert, #21932 for a response to have his mailing address. I'm gonna give it a few more days.......but will move on to the next one on the list if he doesn't respond soon.

I'll sweeten the pot if you guys are interested. If you want to take a camera man to record any hunts with this bow, I will volunteer to compile and edit the video footage onto one video which we can then offer for sale for St. Judes.

Just let me know......where you want it shipped. It is safe and sound here in it's leather bowcase. I tried to find the thread and couldn't dig it up, but I know it's there somewhere.

I will await instructions as to "where" to ship the bow.

Winterhawk, Why wouldn't you try to contact someone/anyone about moving the bow along?

Knowing this bow had a long list of guys to get to before the St. Jude auction to add "mojo" to it, I would have thought you'd make a better attempt to find someone to help instead of hang on to it for 4 months.

I contacted the guy that sent me the bow and got Charlies name above, he didn't have any names beyond that. I did also PM Frank, but at the time there was a lot going on in his life and didn't keep PMing him about an answer. I was NOT going to ship the bow out to just anyone without Frank or Shell knowing "where" it was going. I was just trying to protect myself as well as the bow.

The bow isn't mine and I feel responsible for it UNTIL it gets to someone that Frank and Shell know is on the list to have it. Don't go "jumping to conclusions" until you have been in MY shoes........brother.

Perhaps I should just pack her up and send it back to Frank.......I don't like where this is heading. If I don't hear something from Frank about what to do.....soon, that is exactly what I am going to do.

I know fletcher and RC signed up for it Pass it to one of them they are both stand up honorable men and then PM frank and let him know it went to one of them.

Fletcher is who sent it to me. I don't have anyone's address, but if either Rick or RC wants the bow I would be glad to pass it along. I just need a name and mailing address.
