"PIG GIG" Who's READY????
« on: January 03, 2010, 02:51:00 PM »
With only 2 weeks left in our deer season, a big moon, frigid temps, and very few deer on the daylight prowl, my KY bunch is looking ahead to thumping some hogs next month.  Who's ready???!!!

Dick, I heard that you guys were killers so don't slay too many.  It's a pretty good drive out there from KY and I need at least one pig left in the area to make things interesting:^)

Seems Gene has a 160 minimum, leaves those little sucklers for the rest of us   :D

I can hardly wait, to see some of my old friends. And the new ones I have yet to meet   :campfire:

I sure hope someone meets Hogzilla   :archer:

Hey Rabbit man, after you get a good size stack of hogs. You could do a little scouting for me.You know, just so you don't get to bored.
I have a lot of broadhead sharpening to do before then.Tracy said she is showing no mercy to those hogs.

Gary,  Good luck to all you guys going this year I won't be there.  I got invited to hunt a small ranch with 3 other guys.  I think I'm only about 50 miles away, maybe I'll stop in for a visit.  I have to check the date, but I think it's the second week.

That's cold Thomas...besides, I didn't think anyone saw me do all that m-m-m-missing last year...Got your scouting covered Bill...but you probably should let Tracy go it alone and you stay home and get caught up on bow orders...never know when I'll have another live one for you.  :goldtooth:

I will be there the third week. I wish I could be at all five hunts because I know I'll have friends at all of them and it would be fun listening to all the lying going on after shooting hours!   :D

Fat chance, keeping me home.  :biglaugh:  Besides Tracy said she is just letting me go along for camera man duties, and dragging pigs.At least I always know where I stand with her.

For us newbies fill us in on what this hunt is. I can't make it this year but want to kill a hog someday!

Sorry I might miss you this time Terry. Last year's hunt was a very trying time for me; I had to cancel my first booking due to the big ice storm up here. When I finally did make it down there we had to leave early due to a death in the family.  By the way, we're thinking about starting a petition to have Thomas banned from future hunts; he kills too many hogs!  Anybody want to sign??

I can't wait to hunt with Thomas again...a lot to be learned about hog killin from a guy like him!  Just talked to him yesterday as a matter of fact.....

I can't wait for the Gig, Marty and Biggie told me a lot of things about the twins that I need to look into        :scared:    :biglaugh:

Only thing is, I tore up too many of my gig arrows on hogs in Fl, now I have to scramble to get more ready before early Feb!!!!!  Not a bad problem to have really   ;)
