All Wapiti
« on: January 03, 2010, 09:35:00 PM »
Ok there is a thread for a little bit of everything. How about one for elk. Lets see your elk this year, last year, any year just pictures of Elk that you may have taken.

This was 2009

How about some more

2004

2006

2008
This is one of my favorite hunting pictures. This is what makes what we do so much fun.

God bless,Mudd

PS I do hope that someday I'll get my chance to at least walk where they do even if I never get a shot.

I don't have a pic of an elk becaus I've never shot one..... but I do have a dream of shooting one with my longbow one of these days. I have been to CO twice and not taken a shot. Maybe the third time will be a charm?

By the way, Congrats on your fine bull,

Bisch

To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.
