This non-typical Blacktail is really starting to intrigue me!

A couple nice typical's...

All the bulls last week were spikes, but plenty of them...

There's so much feed this summer after the mild winter and VERY wet spring, the deer and elk are going to be rolling in fat by the time the velvet comes off!  I've never killed a non-typical Blacktail, so I hope he sticks around another 50+ days.

Those are some amazing BT's!  Quite a spot you've found, hope you get that non-typical.  The 4 point looking at the camera is gonna be massive!

July 4th pic. Just wondering what he'll be by Sept. Unfortunately this is my deer spot and my Elk tag is in another unit.
A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight;nothing he cares about more than his own personal safety;is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

I've got some history w/ the 8pt in the background.  My son named this deer Bishop 2 years ago.  He's 4-1/2 yo now.  He's gonna be interesting to watch.

Don't forget the rules Mike the one that names it gets to hunt it.

Treekiller that last mulie is blind in his left eye, see how the flash isn't reflecting from it? Make sure your stand is on his left side, haha
