my new striker stinger select with pics
« on: January 11, 2010, 07:43:00 PM »
These are really nice bows. They shoot as good as any bow I've ever shot and not hard on the eyes either. This is a select model stinger longbow.Woods are bocote. If you get a chance to test drive a striker stinger don't miss the oportunity and judge for yourself. Rick Ellis is a nice guy to deal with and he'll fit the bow to your hand if you go to his shop. Enjoy the pics.

I'm not in to pretty bows, but I must admit that is about as nice as I've seen. Enjoy, I hope it shoots as good as it looks.

Bow is 60" and 54#'s at 28"'s. They shoot as good as they look. I also have a one piece stinger I bought from another tradganger.I love it .
My son and I were at Cloverdale last year and shot about every custom bow there and we both liked the grip and the smoothness of the stingers. Like I said if you get a chance to try one; don't miss out and you can judge for yourself.
My son also bought a new one piece stinger. He and I drove 8 hours to Ricks shop to have the grips fitted to our hands. I'm glad we made the trip.
Thanks for looking.
