I currently shot a recurve, but want to test a few longbow during the off season.

Currently have a ACS CX Hybrid Longbow & a DAS Dalaa Recurve. Archery League started last night and I shot the ACS. Might take the Dalaa next week ????????

I think a very large contingency that post here do shoot what would be called a hybrid.  That said, some of those hybrids are sweet shootin' longbows 8^).

Hunted with a recurve for 15 years or so, switched to longbow for a couple of years, now back to the recurve.

Do I have to choose.  LOL . I like the flight of the arrow and the bend of the stick. If it is in my hand I will shoot it.

I really like both, but shoot better with my Zipper recurve.  If I'm going hunting I'm taking my recurve.  I'm kinda partial to Zipper though

Recurve for me, never shot a long bow but plan on at Cloverdale.
