I have and use both but I would say that over 55 years of bow hunting, I havve used the recurve more.

I shoot a hybrid, so I guess I like them both equally  :biglaugh:

Currently have a ACS CX Hybrid Longbow & a DAS Dalaa Recurve. Archery League started last night and I shot the ACS. Might take the Dalaa next week ????????

been with a longbow for awhile, but going back to Recurve...just feels better to me...
Your Chicken from McDonald's, Tyson Foods, or Perdue Farms spent most of it's life stuffed in a cage with three or four others, occupying a space about the size of a book page...None for me, thanks...

I think a very large contingency that post here do shoot what would be called a hybrid.  That said, some of those hybrids are sweet shootin' longbows 8^).

Hunted with a recurve for 15 years or so, switched to longbow for a couple of years, now back to the recurve.

I really like both, but shoot better with my Zipper recurve.  If I'm going hunting I'm taking my recurve.  I'm kinda partial to Zipper though

I like them both.  If I go hunting I want my recurve.  I just shoot it better.  I'm kinda partial to Zipper recurves though.  Good luck
