Fred's show is great and I have nothing but respect for the guy, but imho Rick Duggan is still the first superslam with a trad bow.  Not his fault that another species was added "after the fact"

Fred is an awesome guy and the reason I went trad 100%. I used to mess with a recurve from time to time but relied on my training wheels. After watching Easton Bowhunting TV I fell in love with wanting to feel that feeling that he gets with every harvest. I got to meet with and talk to Fred a bit a few years back at our UBNJ game dinner. He is a real down to earth guy and his wife is awesome too. Got a pic with him and my dad and a copy of his book autographed too. Skippy

I just got through watching all his hunts and man he is deadly with that recurve.

I wonder why he still hunts with the wheel bow sometimes.

I really enjoy watching him.  I bet he'd be a hoot to share camp with.  The guys I hunt with are a bunch of goofballs-- I think Fred would fit right in!  He really is deadly with his Palmer.

Anyone after a pope and young pronghorn needs to talk to him.

My buddy went and said he could not believe the quality of animals.

And the price is pretty good too.

He is a treat to watch, and my DVR wasn't pickin it up either.

The tule elk getting added was not a surprise, many folks have been adding points not just because it was to be added, but a different species anyway.  Not sure why it matters that he or anyone else got #29 before who.

Anyone want to lend out some of his videos? I dont have cable or sat.- In fact I am too cheap to buy the converter box for regular TV! Dont want spend the money for them cause I'm going on an Elk hunt in Sept.! Need to save the money for that.

Fred is a great guy, so is Rick Duggan.  If I'm not mistaken, Rick already took his Tule elk before Fred, so upgraded his slam as well, so both have continued to pursue their hunting passions.
