Relatively close to Ohio-Farmland, IN on Memorial Day Weekend, Cloverdale, IN second weekend in June, Compton at Berrien Springs the weekend after Cloverdale.

the north carolina state shoot in hickory nc is a good shoot and is close to sc. there are a few other shoots close to sc

All you folks should loadup and join us down in "Warm&Sunny" Florida for the Traditional Bowhunters of Florida 20th anniversary Spring Championship shoot. There's lots of shootin',novelties, venders, and we are having a catered banquet on Saturday night with Monty Browning as our guest speaker. The dates are: March 5-6-7,2010 and is located outside of Silver Springs. More info is available on our website @  www.tbof.org.

ATAR in Beckly WV in July is hard to beat, nice campground, CLEAN SHOWERS and shoot until your fingers bleed   :thumbsup:

This isn't a traditional archery event, but if you like deer & turkeys & if you ever wanted to see Byron Ferguson perform live, check out this site   http://www.deerinfo.com/   I've been to the show in Illinois but they also have one in Ohio.

Texas State Longbow championship is about the best 3D I've ever been to.

I've come to believe that the keys to shooting well for me are good form, trusting the bow to do all the work, and having the confidence in the bow and myself to remain motionless and relaxed at release until the arrow hits the mark.
