Texas is loaded with hogs. Loaded with private land too. Plenty of hogs on public land. E-mail sent.

If you want to hunt with a guide that has great access. And is a trad hunter. Call Curtis AKA Littlefeather @ 7 th age bowhunting, he is listed up top in the sponcers. You won't find a nicer guy to hunt with JMHO.

I am not sure what staitera has suggest, but if you do the public land and are near Houston, and we could work something out it would be a fun way to spend the weekend.

Texas shoot out, is one option that I have thought about, and sounds like a lot of fun.

Thats fine if you have a week to spend, but I could do the weekend if you are here for the weekend.

From the website:

Bag Limits: 2 Javelina, no limit on Feral Hogs, Coyote, Rabbits and Rattlesnakes.

So it could be what ever you would like.

Larry

We have been to this ranch and I highly recommend it.  Affordable, nice accomodations, and lots of hogs.  James, the owner is a trad guy himself and is laid back, generous, and made our stay very enjoyable.

Of course our Sponsor 7th Age, with Curtis Keller I hear can't be beat!

I checked out the website for the shootout, and it said the registration deadline was 4 days ago...is that the case? I would like to go to this, and I'm sure some of my buddies would as well...
