Larry - therein lies the problem...once you try one you buy one. Then, you start thinking that you need another....then another.....then you're on the phone with Dale discussing what you are going to have him build for you (and of course, when he will get it finished).

I've got one in the works, but it is far easier (and quicker) to buy a used one (too easy).  Used Dye's seem to show up in waves on this site......Certainly makes it tough to not overindulge....or maybe that word doesn't apply at all!!!!

Someone coined a term on a recent thread that was related to being addicted to Bob Morrison's bows.....and there's a reason!  I'll have to call Steve Berger and see if he ever coined a similar term for what he has......I believe Dale once told me he's probably built around 62 bows for Steve over the years.  There's a few of his bows pictured on this thread.  I would say that whatever it's called....Steve had a bad case of it!

62 for Steve, lol. That dog. He's a great guy, had the pleasure of doing business with him with a couple of bows.

I've had several, just sold this one recently. Bloodwood & ebony.   Excellent bows.

Nice looking bows. Just another to add to an increasing list of bow wants.

I have to agree.....every photo of a Medicine Point (I have one on order - due in Jan/Feb 2011) just chips away at what remains of my patience.

Ryan, until I seen your bows, I never seen a Dye that low in weight. Where did you buy them?

I got all 3 bows right here on Trad Gang. They had different limbs on them when I bought them. I sold the limbs that came on them and had Dale build these. Getting new limbs from Dale only took about 6-8 weeks. The 37# and 40# are my wifes babys, the 43# is mine.
