Some ice still on the ground
Bedroom for deer
An old neck breaker
Some spongy stuff that looks like it should be in the ocean. The ground is covered in this spot.

I will be packing up my Shrew and heading down your way to hunt the fort with a few of my buddy's early next month. I was anxious before but man now I am down right antsy. I can't wait.

Thanks for posting that! I'm stuck in my 16x12' perfectly controlled 70 degree chunk of hell, with floresent lighting, of course.
Feels like I just took a walk with ya!
How's the pig populations down your way? Been getting the hankering to go get me a pig.

Hey RC! Thanks for sharing the pics. That looks like a type of lichen maybe? See the website
www.georgialichens.org
for pictures similar to what your "spongy" stuff looks like.

Love the looks of that country. Must be awesome sneakin' around in there with bow in hand.
