Two Roy Halls in the family

I bought a Roy Hall t/d a few months ago and my brother liked it so much he asked me to find him one here at tradgang. Well Fillmorehd(Terry) had one and I bought it. While talking to him I told him I had bought a 52# R.Hall and he said he sold a 52# R.Hall a while back. I described the bow I had and sure enough it's the other one he sold. By the way great seller and a really nice guy is Terry, bow arrived quickly and well packed.- Steve

Good choice. Roy makes one heck of a bow. Great craftsmanship.

Roy does make a great bow. I credit him, or one of his 45# navajo recurves anyway, for getting me into this whole trad archery thing.
Some buddies were trying to hook me but no luck until they handed me that Roy Hall bow. Got a couple of them now, doubt I'll ever part with them.

My buddy has two td's. Great bows. I had one a few years back with both long bow and recurve limbs. Probably one of the nicest bows I've ever seen, had to sell it to fix my truck. Still miss it.

I had a Navajo Scout several years back. Craftsmanship on that bow was second to none. Beautiful woods, tight glue lines, and smooth finish. On top of that, Roy is an all around great guy to visit with and gain knowledge from.

Very Nice bow.
I got rid of a Roy Hall Apache once. Wish I had it back.

Steve Thanks for the nice words. Might I say the same for you! After talking to you and your brother I can tell that you both are great people. Glad you like those bows I talked to Del last night and he loves his bow as much as you do. Since we have a connection maybe we need to do a hunt together.
For anyone interested I have a set of 45# recurve limbs to match Steves bow I would sell.
