You just never know, Andy.  SOMEtimes, if you are the lucky bidder or winner, the bowyer will make one to your specs.  All you have to do is ask.

Got an email from Gene: he is going to donate another bronze shed antler.  Way Cool!

I don't have the skills to craft anything worthwhile, but I do have this to donate (bowholder not included):

I won it at the SLC banquet, such a sweet bow for a lady or youth...

It was supposed to be for my wife, but it has not been shot in over a year and this bow is too pretty to be neglected like that...

I'd like the money it brings to go towards the Youth Hunt program.
Genesis 27:3 "Take your bow and a quiver full of arrows out into the open country, and hunt some wild game for me."

Wow!  Beautiful bow, and it's too bad your wife didn't take to shooting it, it is pretty cool that it is coming back around to raise money for PBS a second time.

I've been trying to think about how I might be able to help.  Would a certificate for a free bow weight reduction and/or refinishing job be usable to the committee?  Or maybe if someone has a nice old bow that is in need of a facelift we could team up and redo one for the banquet?
I'm open to ideas, and would like to help somehow.

Whip, that would probably work really well in the bucket raffle, I bet that bucket would be full of tickets and guys would be going back for more to try an win their favorite lady a makeover!

I'll talk with Greg tomorrow and offer it up.  There's bound to be someone that fell down a mountain with their bow that needs a facelift! (The bow I can help - the PBS'r is on their own  ;)  )

Just got done looking at the edit copy of the next PBS magazine.  So far, there's two entire pages of donated items.  I'll be like a kid in a candy store!

Kevin, I have a test print of the original cover photo I shot for the current issue of TBM on the way to me from Madison Wisconsin.  The image is approx. 20X30" with a narrow white border.  The image consists of pigmented inks (not dyes) on 100% cotton rag (acid-free) archival paper. It should last for generations without noticable degrading. Once I approve the image I intend on releasing a signed and numbered limited edition print of the photo.  I am donating print #1 to PBS for the Nashville Gathering.  Stay tuned as I might be posting a photo of the print here a bit later.

A couple of PBS members stepped to the PBS booth at Kalamazoo and made some more awesome donations: from Ben Dodge, a Nebraska deer/turkey hunt; and from David Darling, a 3 day Michigan ice fishing adventure!

I received the first proof from the printer and it came out a bit too dark.  I'm having them tweak the image some and will post here when everything's the way I want it.  Other than being a bit dark, it's looking very nice.
