Bear quiver question
« on: January 22, 2010, 11:31:00 AM »
I have a 1970's Bear Kodiak Hunter, it is green with a blue stripe, what Bear quiver will fit ion this bow? How do they attach to bow? Are they quiet?

You have a number of choices. The quiver that uses 2 spring arms that attach to the limbs. They came as 4 and 8 arrow. The other quiver uses one spring arm and attaches to the accesory hole on front of handle. You need a "L" shaped bracket to attach it. They also came as a 4 arrow and 8 arrow model. I always thought they were a little noisey. These days with guys using heavier arrows that may not be as true. We would get an 8 arrow model but only put 4 arrows in it. Try taking this question to the "History and collecting" thread. There are a bunch of Bear guys that can give you more input.
