My new arrows.
« on: January 22, 2010, 02:37:00 PM »
I won a drawning that Jerry Wald had and I had the choice of 6 arrows from any sponsor on this site. Thanks to Jerry first of all.

So I searched all sponsors on this site and called a few and found Raptor Archery. I called and talked with Ted from there. Great guy to talk with. I told him what I had in mind and the colors that I wanted and this is what he came up with. They are great looking. They fade from black to a little lighter gray. The pictures don't do them justice. These would have to be the best arrows I have.

I have not been out to shoot them yet but I plan too this weekend.

Once again Thanks to Jerry and Ted from Raptor Archery.
If today was perfect, There would be no need for tomorrow

I like the incredible contrast from the sleek black to the brilliant flares on the back.  Super nice.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

They are made of sitka spruce. The pink really stands out. I like them.
