WI "Super Bowl Bunny Hunt" ......Roll Call !

OK......it's less than a week away!
Please post if you are planning on attending so I have a head count.

Coffee will be on at 7:00 AM you can show up anytime after that. Some of the local bunny hunters will be meeting at Steve's house at 8:00 AM

I figured that the rest of the out of town group can meet at my house and we will head out around 9:00 AM.
That should give everyone time to meet at my house. We can shoot the bull until everyone arrives and then meet up with the other group or head to another spot.

We have the coon, but season closed the end of Jan. I believe.
Everyone is getting excited about the hunt! It will be nice to put faces with the names and to share some good times and fellowship.

Got a scouting report the other day from Steve. It's looking good. Lots of tracks and sign, plus he shot three during the scouting mission.
We have permission on four more neighboring properties to hunt, so we have plenty of places to go.

Dale Moore will be bringing a couple of dogs to aid in our pursuit. My wife is making a batch of Deer/Elk BBQ for a light lunch during the day.

Now Joe, you drove to Kalamazoo took in the show and drove back in one day. You should easily be able to make it to Monroe by 8am, hunt until noon, make it back to Milwaukee and put in 8 hrs. of work.  No problem!

Kevin, I was wanting to chase some bunny's around on my B-day.  But, I can not make the hunt.  To much going on between swim meets and wrestling matchs.  I hope everyone has a great time.

Paul, When is your B-Day? Maybe a few of us can get together yet before the end of the season.

Maybe we could try a carp shoot or some Turkey hunting this Spring? That would be something we could do as a group.

I don't think you can print WI licenses online; however, Gander Mountain sells them over the counter.

The DNR website says small game 5 day can be printed...was hoping to make sure before I try. (Hate to buy it then it have it mailed, too late). Plus want to make sure there's room or they know to expect me before I order it. Figure it shouldn't be a problem but since it's getting close I don't want to barge in.
