Quinn Stallion?
« on: January 22, 2010, 05:22:00 PM »
I am thinking of getting a Quinn Stallion as my main go to hunting bow. Thinking 60" model, I pull 30" would want it around 50@30. Any opinions of these bows? Pics of yours?

Quinns are great bows. I have 2 with 3 sets of limbs. They shoot every bit as good, or better, as my high priced customs and cost a fraction. Not very pretty, but great shooters.

Ditto what doowop said.  Except for the not very pretty part LOL!  I like the looks of mine:

They are great bows and, for me, shoot just as good and are just as smooth as my higher priced recurves.  I have traded and sold numerous bows, but I won't part with my Quinn Stallion.  You can't go wrong with a Quinn.

I believe the Stallion to be a great bow. I prefer the 62" limbs. They are a little smoother for my tender shoulders.

Got tow of them with three sets of limbs.  Great bows.  I took mine on an outfitted deer hunt in illinois.  there were several high end customs left behind.  They shoot every bit as good as they do.  I have a friend who took one to Alaska moose hunting.  The other great thing is you cant tear em up and after riding in a canoe with no case for a week I didnt feel bad either.
