I've owned a number of Robertson recurves and longbows over the years. I bought my first Prairie Falcon in the 80s and I still own it. I also hunt with it periodically. Best grip (for me) that Dick ever designed. I shoot that bow almost unconciously well. I'm always on the lookout for another Prairie Falcon to add to the ones I own. I always remember to chide Dick for stopping production on this bow. Although I know I'm in the minority, I haven't had good luck with the current generation of riser style and grip. I've owned 3 and had to sell them all...that's how much better I shot my PFs.

Here's a vintage classic: Bocote riser, elm limbs, 62", custom scrim medallion inlay, Dall horn tips.

Thanks Felix. Coming from you, that's definitely "the pot calling the kettle 'black'". I'm always in awe of your tastes in fine bow weaponry...and the grapes!

I always thought Robertson's bows were like looking at finely crafted furniture. They sure are lookers.

This bow is just amazing. I'm humbled by its beauty, smoothness and accuracy.
very similar to my Fatal Styk...I wanted a Montana Falcon and called Dick to see if he had a used one or blemished one laying around collecting dust...ended up with this blemished (to Dick, not me) beauty.   :)     :)

Juniper limbs and myrtlewood riser accents...

I had the pleasure of hosting Vikki and Yote Robertson last week in Florida. They ran a booth at the Traditional Bowhunters of Fl shoot.
I was able to take Yote hog hunting where he took a HUGE HOG with a longbow. I would love to have the pic posted but cant seem to make it work . If someone could post it I would be grateful. Yote is a great hunter for sure
