Hi to all horse archers out there.

Here are some pics of a horse that I trained for mounted archery.

Very nice daniel from horseback you can approach wild boars very easyly.

Nice.  I've never done that.  What are the specs on your bow.  Is your horse trained for any other sports, like reining or dressage?

Looks like fun. Ever since I saw Vinson Miner do that at a shoot, I've wanted to try it. I had horses but no longer do. Maybe one day. Good going man.

I do kinda...I try and make my horse stand still so I can shoot...LOL

 Pretty cool...I watched some mounted archers  at the the horse expo in Albany Oregon last year...Hopefully they will be back this year...

My mules pretty smart, but it might be hard to find a horse big enough for him to  ride.

If I tried to combine my archery with my horsemanship it could only go bad; both horse and rider would be in jeopardy.

Classy my current spoiled quarter horse - shes been shooting with me for a while now and still learning.

 

 

Up on classy taking out a tin can

 

Taken about 4 years ago on a app/pony cross named Mr. Pony. He was a fast little thing even with my heavy rear on him. Walking in the parade to the arena.
