Any one ever hunt on Maurice Chambers ranch hunts for hogs? What advise would you have on gear to bring?

Maurice is a great guy and used to run a great archery only camp. A friend of mine guided for him for many years and they sure shot alot of animals.
That was many years ago so I'm not sure about what there doing recently, Plenty of snakes on his ranch so I would bring snake boots :D

I hunted with Maurice several years ago. Had a great time. He did sell that ranch but he purchased another one. I'm not sure about this ranch. Give him a call. He will not steer you wrong. By the way, Maurice has been hunting with a 48@28 pound recurve for years. He has taken all types and sizes of game with that bow. Good man to spend some time with. As far as gear goes, it depends on the time of year. Snakes are always a consideration in south Texas, so be aware.
