What's your favorite feather cut/shape?
« on: January 26, 2010, 08:18:00 PM »
Just curious to know what your favorite feather cut's are. Any length. I like shields but can't stand the look of banana's. Just don't look right for some reason...   :campfire:

I like something like these. Lots of feather for stabilization and a little style too.

My experience has been that other than one dozen LOW profile shields by Rod Kelley, I have never shot a dozen shields that did not have noisy arrows in the mix. I have owned and shot about the same number of parabolics and never had any noisy ones save part of one dozen with the wrong adhesive and the glue gave up in the middle of the fletch and they made noise like something out of a scary movie but not the fletching's fault.
