ariser, Browning didn't make bows that didn't shoot well.
Of course it's up to the shooter as to how well. The Challenge was their top of the line, equal to the Bear Tamerlane, Hoyt Pro Medalist, etc. It was/is a first line shooter.
It's worth what someone pays for it, since the target bows other than Bear haven't had a lot of takers as far as collecting goes. That's a pretty fair weight for the target bows and that's a tad unusual. Just throwing a price range out there, I would suggest maybe $150.00 to $250.00, depending on condition.
It will drive nails as far as accuracy goes.
