If I could only hunt one animal, it would be the Moose. You can call them in (a lot of fun), You can't believe how tall they are, maybe the best meat to be found and lots of it. BIG JOB though. So what, you get what you pay for.
Newfoundland would be my choice for a Canadian hunt. LOTS of moose and Newfies are the finest kind of people. Quite the accents though, take you about a week to figure out what they're saying! Drive up, long ferry ride across the water, big province, big trip, big fun.
Pick a mid size bull - bit of a rack for the display (still lots of bone to hold) and the better eating variety. My 3 kills have been with a rifle, so no pics here, but the smallest was able to be cut with a fork. The big rack is the most impressive though....
