I have been lucky enough to meet some great people through this site…one of those great people is Joe “Whip” Lasch. As many of you know he owns “Prairie Traditions”…a great business that allows people to buy many different items for camping, backpacking and shooting.
I first met him at Compton last June and then again at Denton. While at Denton I asked him if he would try one of my strings and give me some feedback, he agreed and took some amazing animals last fall while using them. AMAZING ANIMALS! Elk, mule deer and whitetails just to name a few.
He just acquired the “bow hospital” and asked me if I wanted to supply him with strings as he needed them…I was more than happy to say yes!
Then he asked if I wanted to bring some strings to the Kalamazoo Expo for people to see and buy if they wanted…again I was more than happy to say yes!
So I just wanted to first thank Joe for letting me bring some strings along and display them in his booth…I will post some pictures later tonight of what I’m going to bring. They will be mostly “Skinny” D-97’s and 8125 strings and I will have both longbow and recurve strings available. I didn’t have a lot of time this last week to build a bunch but will have some AMO length strings plus some .5” longer or shorter.
So please stop buy his booth and buy a Badlands pack or an RER bow…he has some amazing RER bows in stock and if you get a chance take a look at one of my strings.
I’ll post pictures later tonight of what I’m bringing.
Thanks,
Josh
