Just got a Horne's combo hunter. How tight should I tighten the limb bolts? First 3 piece I've owned and just not sure. Thanks

Don't throw to much elbow into it...just snug them up like Mike stated. If you over tighten them you run the risk of cracking the glass I would think.

mookie,
I am inclined to be 'heavy handed' when using a wrench. I have solved that problem by employing knurled knobed limb bolts on my 3 piece hybrids.

Hand tight, not wrench tight.
Think about it this way, if you have antler knobs on the bolts, you only turn them hand tight by design. That is all you need. Any more and you risk smashing the limb.
