Massie Finish or Helmsman Sapr Urathane?

I am doing final wet sanding on a piece of ebony for a knife handle and I am trying to decide if I want to use the Massie finish or Helmsman Spar Urathane.

Any thoughts from those of you who have used either/both on ebony?
