Zipper Evolution
« on: January 31, 2010, 02:09:00 PM »
I got a chance to shoot the new Zipper Evolution recurve limbs at Kalamazoo this weekend. I was really impressed!! They limbs had a silky smooth draw, were whisper quiet, and flat out smoked an arrow. Plus the bows was dead in the hand after the shot. Can't wait to get the one I have on order!!        :notworthy:   Anyone else shoot them this weekend?? What did you think??

Right there with you Bill. I thought the SXT longbow limbs were the ultimate last year but I feel the Evolution limbs are even smoother, quieter, and quicker. I placed an order Friday after shooting both sets of limbs Bill and Tracy had there. Of all the bows I shot at K-Zoo this was the BEST, for me, as far as overall quality and performance.

I shot the LB's and not the curve limbs.  Looks like I missed out.  Oh well, it is someting to look forward to doing.

I also shot the foam longbow limbs...quiet, smooth and just a dull thump at the shot. Soooo, I had to order a bow, and what the heck, might as well get a set of the evolution  recurve limbs also. With this combination, one bow should do it all...(or not)

The Zipper SXT is a nice bow,I shot those limbs back in november.I put an order in for a SXT back then before the show,I figured that there would be a bunch of new orders with the show.

I have an SXT that shoots incredibly well.  I can't imagine it getting any better, but it sounds like Bill has hit another home run with the Evolution limbs.
