Very nice bow. Seen a guy come up to the territories with one and just had to have one. Going to have to wait for at least half a year though. The guy who makes them (Jack Kempf) says hes taking orders a year in advance.

Hey, hope you are keeping warm up there. When my name comes up, I hoping to get a 54" KS, since I only draw 27".

Do you think that this will work, or should I go 56" instead?? I'm thinking that with the static limbs this might be the ticket...

He figures he can sneak me into a 56" with a 29" draw. So sounds like that might work for you

Barry , go with the 56" the 54" has a small sight window and the bottom Limb is real close to the grip , Jack let me shoot his 54" KS and it is fast but not for me , I draw 26.5" and 56" Kempf bows seem to work the best for me !! I have a 58" KS and have a 56" in the works.(on the LIST) Mabe next summer it will be done as Jack is super Busy and his list keeps getting longer. you know Jack makes a takebown recurve called a Stealth I own a 56" and it is Just as fast a a KS and less hand shock and smoother shooting than a KS (I know thats hard to believe) Good luck on the wait .. ( as for Static to working limb Bow.. not much diffrence )I asked Jack which limb design he was putting on his personal KS he is building. he says working limbs for me!

Kwyk Styks are only 56-58-60-62"....

Joe , Jack has made 54" KS and also a 52" with a very small sight window I think Sergio is tricking out one of Jacks short KS right now ,, Jack Probably wont build any shorter than 56" for sale , But he has built some he was telling me last week that one short one he built had very high speeds and only a 1" sight window

For sale, nothing shorter than 56" in KS. The Stealth can be built 52-54-58-60"....

Hey Chris, Check your e-mails...I talked to Jack yesterday...he'd just shipped it before I talked to him!

He also said that the wait time is probably a year, but most likely not quite that long.

Thanks Gordy and Joe, 56" it is. The Stealth sounds awesome, but I'm a sucker for the cool look of the KS.

My dad dropped an order with Joe last week. Gray Dymondwood with Bocote flair...limbs are going to be maple cores with Bocote lams.
