Thought I would bring this back up as they are having a sale today on all kromer caps and shipping today only.  Pretty good deal on some of the more expensive hats.

Bought one for my wife and all the girls love it. It's gray with a pink flower. My hat is green. I don't wear it often, I prefer a watch cap but they are well made. Great vests too.

I really like my Krommer, warm and comfortable. The only down side to the hat is the fold down ear flaps are too short and as such are pretty worthless.

Take a look at the classic sportsman.com web sight. Nice stuff, longer ear flaps and a short brim model. I tried one of the hats just couldn't get one big enough for my pumpkin size head.

The original Kromer is about as versatile as they come. There's no "one hat does it all" but the kromer comes close.
Now if you want a blizzard type of weather hat with full ear coverage then get the rancher model.

I really like the regular cap(I actually have the mackinaw, which is just a little warmer than the regular cap but looks the same)  Plenty warm for what I use it for and the ear flaps come down just far enough to help with the ears.    If you want a really warm one, go with the rancher.   Really like this one when i am snowblowing the driveway. Also more of a deal as it is marked down too.

I'm going to be getting one of these soon.  Same look as the original Kromer,  but available in short brim and I like their plaid patterns and overall construction better.

I have a plaid one in autumn colors. It is my favorite hat but I have to cock the bill off to the left to shoot my bow.

I just ordered a Rancher in Olive at the $31.41 price and $3.14 shipping.

I think that is a great deal. Thanks for posting this up today! Saved me some money and I have been wanting one for a long time.   :bigsmyl:    :bigsmyl:

Roger that's  my hat!  Absolutely the most comfortable hat I've ever owned. I wish it wasn't too hot for summer.

Rog-that's mine too. I think it's called Partridge Plaid. Like it better then my King of the Mouintain. Hope the hand is mending nicely!

You can't beat a Stormy Kromer hat.  I've got three...an olive green one, a blaze orange one and then a green/black plaid one that has the Goretex lining.

I'll warn you right now, DO NOT get the Goretex lined Stormy!  It's way too hot for me, even in the coldest Indiana temps.  Get the standard, unlined Stormy in your color of choice and you'll never be sorry.

All of my hats have the normal sized bill.  I just turn the hat around backwards if I'm bowhunting with it on.  Friend of mine (aka "German Dog" on here) has the brimless Kromer and likes that for bowhunting.
