Whats this arrow worth????
« on: February 03, 2010, 06:07:00 PM »
This weekend it he United Bowhunters of Missouri festival in Jefferson City, MO.  If you can make it please attend.

This will be the 4th year that there has been a special auction.  We auction 1 dozen arrows off 1 at a time, with all the proceeds benefiting Hunt of a Lifetime.

Last year the auction brought in $2,495.00 for HOL.

So, this is the first arrow, what do you think its worth?

There is a lot of time in that arrow!

Good looking arrow, Scott. Are you going to buy it back this year? You should start a collection of the first one every year.
Love the support for Hunt of a Lifetime.

It is worth what you can sell it for.

I hope you folks bring in even more money this year. Sitting there last year and watching the auction unfold told me everything I needed to know about the quality of members in the UBM. I was, and still am, humbled by that experience.

On the regular market it wouldn't be worth as much as when sold in an auction to benefit worthwhile projects.  It's worth what someone will pay...and the venue can add much to that value.  Get Glenn St.Charles to sign them and they will be worth even more 8^).

Where does the money go in this Hunt of a Lifetime auction?  Is it regional, National or what?
