Been doing some stippling, which means lots of little dots. Lots and lots of dots! All the shading on the elephant is actually dots. I went over the whole elephant with light colored dots. Turn the heat up a hair and go over darker areas again.

Thanks, Robert! These are Bark-on plaques. They are winter cut basswood. Hard to tell in the pics because I crop out everything but the carve/burn.

(because of the relief).I have played with pyrography and your work is totally on a different level.
