Fast Flight

Hey all,
Im custom ordering a longbow (straight limb)and have the option of getting phenolic on the tips so a fast flight string could be used for an extra $10. the bow will be 45#@ 27 1/2 ,68in long , with walnut limbs, I was wondering if the fastflight string will really make much of a difference.
Thanks

I would get the reinforced tips. But it should be free. There is no reason you should be charged extra for it. Sounds kind of squirrely to me. No punn intended, sqirrely...

Well I personally would not consider buying any new bow that was not able to use good strings.Pay the extra if you have to.I agree it should not be extra but I would still pay it. jmo

Definately get them. Stronger and makes bow more valuable if you decide to sell it later.
