new to me RER
« on: February 10, 2010, 08:50:00 PM »
I just got this bad little bow in the mail. Traded my 55@28 60in. MOAB For a 54" 57@26  Arroyo. I like the extra weight at my 26in. draw. It still aint the one I really want, but I may fall in love during spring turkey
season. This is the old MOAB

I think you need to bring it and L82hunt over and let's do some stumping. Pay no heed to Sunday being Valentines day. Give your wife the present of being out of her hair that day...lol I'll be out of church by the time you could get here or make it Sat.

Well since that's not gonna happen how about some really good pictures of the whole bow?

Don't you just hate it when you get a really good looking, nice shooting bow but know after a couple of shots that it's not doing "it" for you? I know I do! It has happened more than once to me.

I got my fingers crossed that my new MOAB will be here today. I have ever faith that this will be my "it"

God bless,Mudd

PS: Congratulations on a good looking bow, I hope this one grows on you and becomes your "it".

WOW I JUST GOT MINE ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO AND IT IS THE BEST R/DEFLEX BOW THAT I HAVE OWNED. IWAS SHOOTING WITH MY SON A FEW DAYS AGO AND HE WAS SHOOTING HIS WHELLIE BOW AND I WAS SHOOTING MY RER. WE WERE SHOOTING 5 SPOTS AND HE COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW I WAS HITTING WHITE CIRCLES AT 20 YARDS. THE RER IS A REALLY GOOD SHOOTER. GOOD LUCK WITH THE NEW BOW!!!

DVS, I had that bow in my sights twice ! Was trying to get the $ together the first time and then it popped back up and he liked your trade better than my offer. Anyway if you decide to sell let me know.

Thanks

I have a 3 piece takedown recurve and love it. Smooth, quiet, and very quick.
