If your in the market for a bow, Denton Hill is the place to go.  LOTS of bowyers and lots of folks selling used bows during the blanket sale.

Lots of people too so the courses can get a bit crowded.

The TX longbow is a great one i had a blast there last year even got third in my class came in behind Wingnut by a bunch but its a great group of guys

Also If you like Traditional Bowhunters of Texas is having their 17th Annual Hill Country Shootout which is 10th and the 11th of April 2010 in Vanderpool Texas. NW of San Antonio.

howard hill is the nicest i have been to, but that is also the largest i have been to as well.

I love the Flatrock shoot! I don't compete but have a great time anyway. I've been to Cloverdale and had a good time but didn't shoot the course.

Howard Hill at Tanneyhil State Park, AL. Terry Harris puts this shoot together and does an awesome job. The range is super fun, plenty of vendors, great camping, and delicious food. It's usually the first weekend in June.
Jerry Pierce Memorial at Enid Lake, MS is a great shoot as well.

Dont know if you ever get out westcoast ,but the Gene Foster is a one of the best out here.It is at the Fresno Field Archers range in Dunlap Ca.I think it is in the first week of Nov.
