I find it interesting all the different shooting forms

Bow arm bent - Bow arm locked - Facing the target - Standing sideways - Standing straight up - Bent at the waist - bow canted - bow vertical

Don’t see all those positions from compound shooters at 3D shoots.

Jerry your pictures brought back some wonderful memories for me! Thank you!
One particular memory jumped into my mind.
I had Woog in the back pack and was trying to stalk up on a small group of does I saw on an inner field planted in winter wheat.
Woog was being quiet so I thought it was all good. All of a sudden she starts jumping up and down and yelling "Papa! Deer! Papa! Deer!"...lol needless to say, the jig was up..

What a great day in the woods with my daughter. I can bet I know the feelings that go through your mind all the time.

Thanks again for sharing something so precious to you.
God bless,Mudd

Gwyn asked if she could get one posted too. Almost full draw with an oak board bow that Sal (mystic guido) gave to her.

A couple of weeks ago here in the East Texas bottoms, year round hog hunting and plenty of good stump shooting.

One of my favorites...my son with his version of "full draw"...he was about 20 months old when I took this.  He'd "get" my arrows for me and do this and point at the deer target every time!!!!
