Just wondered, I am 78 yrs. old today, Just wondered how many guys and gals that are 78 are still hunting and fishing? No medication ( my wife of 57 yrs either )I fished over 100 days last summer and killed a doe with my compound, hope to do it with a long bow this yr that I built. I have been building some board bows and I lam take down long bow that turned out pretty good. I have been really blessed.

Happy Birthday Fred. I think most of us wonder how long we can continue enjoying the outdoors. As stated above, you are an inspiration and I hope you get that deer with your new long bow.

Happy Birthday. What poundage do you shoot and what poundage is the longbow? I just hope to still be here at 78 and being able to make a bow and shoot it would just be icing on the cake. You are an inspiration us all.

You are an inspiration Fred....
My hunting partner is 74, still climbs a tree like a cat squirrel, and hunts longer and harder than anyone I know. I only hope I'm able to do the same, if and when I reach that age.
Happy Birthday.
