More fun with the fuzzies
« on: February 16, 2010, 12:25:00 AM »
The ruts on so its a little easyer to sneek up on the little varmints . The males was out fighting for the best spots. Chasing these guys gets addictive. Its spring out here stuff starting to blume.

Added some more camo tape to the sides of the bow while eating a snack ,I think they spooked a little less after I did it.
Some fuzzies

Look at this whoper some one been eating good.
  .Tried a difrent spot today.
You can hop but you can't hide.

Yeah, I'm pretty jealous of the green stuff you got there.  It's a blazing 21 deg here.  Just got rid of the 9" of snow that we had last week so things are lookin' up.

That is some dang fine shootin'!  Those little guys can be hard to hit, let alone get a shot at.

ahhh, cant wait, I dont think we will be seein any whisle pigs any time soon, heck the rabbits finally burrowed out of the 2 foot of snow we still have, lol.  They stayed out late this past year though, I think the last groundhog(even though I dont think the ones you are hunting are actually "groundhogs") I shot at was in late october, normally they disapeare around late september round here

Good shooting indeed.  I have seen some of them on some golf courses in CA but didn't know you could hunt them there.  I just go out there to visit family sometimes.  Looks like great fun.
