Thunder Stick 3
« on: February 16, 2010, 10:43:00 PM »
I ordered mine a couple months ago 64" 45lbs. I shoot a fair amount of field and 3d (I will hunt with it also). I like everything I've heard and read but never posted about. Would love hear any input while I await it's arrival in May ?

Thanks
Ted

I've never really met a bow I didnt like.

My wife has a III, 62" 41@28". Its a tack driver.

I had a 60" MOAB and was a great shooter, for sure.  Smooth, quick and dead in the hand.  Best of luck with  your new one.

I have owned one or more of everything Jim Makes... I like them.
The problem has been I have used them as trading material to get something else I've wanted to try(stupidly I might add)
I always end up coming back to the well for more because by the time I get it figured out that I'd have rather been shooting what I had(past tense)

To date I've never ever found another one I get in trade to replace what I traded away.

I truly hope I've learned my lesson this time

Hahaha JMGCURVE at least you aren't alone in your wait. Did you end up ordering the 60" or 62"?

The sun is supposed to shine tomorrow before the next winter storm hits us Friday so I think I'll take the Beast out for some stumping. I wish I had my own camera so I could take pictures when I wanted to.... call me a whaaaaambulance!!

You folks are in for a treat and it'll be all the sweeter after a short wait...

Am I doing ok Michael?...lol
