Depending on how close the shelf is cut to center and what your actual draw length is will be the big factor on correct spine.  Is the bow use fastflight type strings or B50?

Depending on how heavy you want your arrow I would look at 340 or 300.  You will be able to use more than 200 grain up front. Some 340 will be pushing it with 200 grain heads at 30".

If you haven't downloaded Stu's Dyanamic spine calculator I would.  This will allow you to play with different shafts to see if you are in the ballpark.

My best selling carbon's are Arrow Dynamic's Traditional and Traditional Lite.  The Traditonals will work for you.  FYI,  The calulator will not work with this arrow.

LOL @ Rob. No such thing but......   :archer:

I personally like GT blems sold by Big Jims bow company, have worked very well for my setup.I had a pass through on a whitetail buck this year using one of them. I shoot 55@28 120 g broadhead

I'm with Rob on this most of the way. I have five or six dozen of the best arras out there! Everyone a different make. Some costing $200.00 doz and I still think the GT blems at $42.00 are the best value going. They are not the strongest arra but who cares at $3.60 each. Shootem, breakem, losem you can still buy them three to five dozen for same as others. They are straight and fly out most bows!

Terry nailed it, ain't no such thing as the best carbon arrow?  It all boils down to what you like.  I agree with Terry and the guys saying buy the blems.  No need to blow a bunch of cash figuring out the right arrows.

I like the Beman ICS Bowhunters for a decent price and good quality.
